Terms of Sale
- Sales tax of 7% will be added to all
orders shipping to New Jersey. Effective 10/1/06, all orders
shipping to NJ will incur sales tax on merchandise as well as
shipping. Orders shipping to any state other than NJ are
exempt from sales tax.
- All orders are accepted at our
discretion.
- Payments from our U.S. customers are
accepted via the Brent-Krueger website by credit card. We accept Visa, Visa Check Card, MasterCard,
Discover/Novus, Discover/Novus Gift Card, American Express, PayPal,
Google Checkout, check or money order
by mail and faxed credit card
orders.
Government "P" cards are also accepted.
Please be sure that "P" card purchase for us are approved by your card
issuer prior to placing your order.

It is necessary to report any order
discrepancies within 5 business days from receipt of shipment,
otherwise we will be unable to make any adjustments.

Mail order customers paying by check

business days for checks unknown to us to clear our bank.
- Our wide selection and low prices are a
reflection of the automation offered by our secure internet
website. While our toll-free number is available for pre-order
questions, our secure website is where customers will be placing
orders.
- We reserve the right for our
manufacturers to ship product directly to you if you've order a item that is
either out-of-stock or not a stock item.
If your order contains any items which
are currently out-of-stock, and are not expected back in stock within
2 weeks, we reserve the right to cancel the out-of-stock items so that
the balance of the order can ship. We do not ship partial
orders.
- Prices are subject to change without
notice. Prices for items purchased through our print
advertisements, and at our dealer showroom and retail outlet, may
vary from the prices offered at our internet web site.
- If items considered to be non-returnable
are returned without regard to our return policy we may, at our
discretion, accept the return subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If we do not accept return of a non-returnable item, we will determine
the cost to ship the the non-returnable item(s) back to you and email
you with a request for payment for the shipping cost. In such a
case, the non-returnable items will be held for 30 days pending
payment of the shipping cost after which the items will be considered
abandoned and destroyed.
- All customers are
responsible for the correct representation of their shipping
address. If any extra shipping charges are incurred as a result of an incorrect
address, incomplete address, or a request to ship via UPS ground to a
P.O. Box, the
customer will be assessed the extra charges.
Credit Card Orders and the CVV Code

As a secondary means to ensure that
your are the card holder for credit card purchase, our shopping cart
requests that you input the three-digit CVV code located on the back of your credit
card . This code is the last three digits of the number printed on
the reverse of your credit card near the signature strip (a four
non-raised number on the front of the American Express card) . Our
system does not store the CVV code and is required each time you place
an order.
We require this information in order to
protect you, and us, from fraudulent use of your credit card.
Orders by Internet, Mail Order
or Fax
Our customers may order directly
through our website, by mail or by fax. If you choose not to order
online, our shopping cart will provide you with options to mail or fax your order,
as an alternative to placing your order on-line. For our mail order customers, we accept a check, money order or credit
card for purchases. Follow the steps
below to make ordering easy.
- Choose the items that you would like
to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart as if you intend to
pay by credit card.
- When you are finished shopping,
click the "check out now" link.
- Fill in the information on the
"purchase items in cart" page then print the page by using
the "print" feature in your web browser.
- Make check or money order payable to

- Orders generally ship on the 2nd
business day following processing by our order desk staff.
Order desk hours are M-F from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time.
Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Friday are processed by the order desk
staff on Monday morning (except for those rare occasions when we are
closed on Monday for a national holiday).
Orders from our
International Customers
- We presently process orders for
shipping throughout the U.S. Hawaii and Puerto Rico, APO and to
Canada. Shipments to Canada are made via United Parcel Service. Please be advised that United Parcel Service imposes
very expensive import agency fees, so please plan accordingly.
ORMD consumer commodities (most coin cleaners) cannot be shipped to
Canada.
- Shipments to APO address will be via
the U.S. Postal Service by Parcel Post or
Priority Mail, whichever
you choose. Please be
mindful that ORMD consumer commodities (most coin cleaners) cannot be
shipped Priority Mail to APO addresses.
- Payments are accepted
via Visa, Master Card, Visa Check Card, American Express and PayPal. No personal checks are accepted
for shipments to Canada. All prices displayed on our website are in USD, and
all payments are to be made in USD. If our credit card merchant
services provider cannot verify a non-U.S. credit card, orders will
not be approved or processed.
- Brent-Krueger Coin and Currency Supply, upon
payment by the customer, will pre-pay shipping. All
import taxes, duties VAT and/or other fees imposed by the destination
country and/or the carrier will be the sole responsibility of the customer. If an
import agent is required to receive our shipments, it is the
customer's responsibility to engage the import agent.
If you refuse a shipment, we reserve
the right to abandon the shipment, in the destination country, rather than to have it returned to
our warehouse. As such no refund, in full or in part, will be
issued.
- If it is necessary to provide the
customer with a split shipment, or if an ordered item is shipped
directly to our customer by our manufacturers, the customer will be
responsible for any additional shipping costs, duty, VAT or other associated import fees for
each of the shipments. .
- Orders will only be shipped upon
receipt of payment in full.
- Brent-Krueger Coin and Currency Supply will not,
under any circumstances, ship items prohibited by the country of
destination. All cleaning products identified as ORM-D cannot
be shipped outside of the United States. Full value will be declared on the customers
declaration. Please do not request that we declare a lesser
value to reduce the amount of VAT or duty you will be required to
pay.
- We reserve the right to refuse any
orders that do not meet with our international shipping
requirements.
- All customers are
responsible for the correct representation of their shipping
address. If any extra charges are incurred as a result of an
incorrect or incomplete address given to us by a customer, the
customer will be assessed the extra charges.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT
SHIPPING ADDRESS SURCHARGES
Often, we are either given incomplete (lack of a suite number for
commercial delivery, or lack of an apartment number or house number for
residential delivery), incorrect (wrong house number, a P.O. Box when
FedEx doesn't deliver to post office boxes, commercial address when
it's in a residential section, incorrect city/zip code combination) or
creative addresses, rather than correct shipping addresses. UPS
surcharges us $6.00 for every address correction they make for FedEx
ground deliveries, and $12 for every address correction they make for
UPS 3-day select deliveries, and surcharges $1.50 for customers who
incorrectly choose ground commercial when their address is actually
ground residential. Please be advised that if you are operating
your business from your residence, FedEx considers the address to be residential, without
exception. Our customers are kindly reminded to use the actual
shipping address and shipment class. As an example, if
the post office designation for your zip code is Terra Haute, Indiana
please do not use Wall Street, Indiana even if that's a generally
accepted variation of your city name. Any additional shipping
charges will be passed on to the customer.
Orders

SPECIAL NOTE FOR
U.S.P.S. PARCEL POST SHIPMENTS
Effective June 28, 2006, we no longer
offer parcel post shipments as a regular option. Because of the lengthy delivery times
for parcel post, we have limited U.S. Postal deliveries to priority mail
only. As an alternative, we offer UPS delivery as well. We
reserve the right to use Parcel Post as a downgrade to shipping in cases
where ORM-D commodities are ordered with USPS Priority Mail shipping
since ORM-D commodities must ship by ground.
Most coin cleaning chemicals are considered to be ORM-D Consumer
Commodities. As such, they will ship ground transportation only.

For Coins:
Orders for coins are generally sent Priority Mail insured.
For Coin Supplies:
Most coin supply orders are sent primarily by FedEx, and also by Priority Mail. Shipping costs for supply
orders are based on weight and destination based on the chosen
carrier's published rate chart. For extremely large items that are
shipped FedEx, which require a large shipping carton, FexEx assesses a surcharge based on dimensional weight of the
carton. This is done because it requires more room while transporting
the package to its destination. All additional charges, over and
above the regular ground transportation charge, will be assessed to the
customer upon billing by FedEx.
Returns
If you need to return an item, no
return authorization number is necessary. Simply return the item along
with a copy of the original invoice within 10 days of receipt. Please
include a photocopy of your sales receipt marked "returned for refund."
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item to us
for a refund, and revisit our website to order the item you want. We
strongly suggest that you insure returned items, since we cannot be
responsible to refund the cost of returned items not received, or not
received in saleable condition, by our warehouse.

If your purchase is damaged in transit,
you are responsible to notify
us within three days of receipt. It is necessary for us to
file a claim with the carrier prior to the return of damaged
goods. Without the claim being filed, we will not be reimbursed by
the carrier for goods damaged in transit. It is also necessary for
you to save the shipping carton and all packing materials until a claim
is filed with the carrier.
Back Ordered Items
Back ordered items will be shipped
within 30 days. If we can not deliver the back ordered items within that
time, we will notify you of the delay. You may then elect to wait for us
to replenish our inventory and ship your order complete, remove the
backordered item so that the balance of the order can ship, or you may cancel your order
in its entirety.
Pre-release Sales
Occasionally, there will be new items of great demand, with a future
release dates by the manufacturer. While we work hard to maintain
a full stock status, occasionally the release of a new product will be
delayed by the manufacturer. We will always note that the purchase
being made is a pre-sale on the web page you're purchasing from if that
is the case. On pre-sales, we actually charge you for the goods at
the time they are ordered. The reason for charging
"up-front," is that we have a major commitment to our supplies
to guarantee both volume and price. As such, on extremely popular
items about to be released, we have to reserve inventory with the
manufacturer in order to guarantee availability at the time of product
release. As such, we take your order as your commitment to
purchase when the inventory does arrive. |
